Yellah Cyber & Technology — Privacy notice
Yellah Cyber & Technology uses information provided through its website to handle service requests, appointments, customer accounts, Academy enrollment, courses, grades, and payment-reference verification.
Information used
Depending on the features you use, records may include your name, email address, phone number, account role, service details, appointment preferences and notes, education and learning interests, course enrollment, grades, and payment amounts and references. Please do not put passwords, financial-account credentials, or unnecessary sensitive information into request descriptions.
Account passwords are stored as password hashes. The website uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. Security records include failed-login counts, account locks and unlocks, and administrative audit records. Audit records may identify the staff member involved and the previous and updated values of a record.
Why information is used
Information is used to provide the requested services and training, manage accounts, verify reported payments, protect accounts, and maintain an administrative history. Owner and Administrator access is restricted according to their responsibilities. Students and Customers receive access to their own permitted records.
Submitting an appointment request creates a Pending request. A confirmation notification is sent only after an authorized Owner or Administrator manually confirms the appointment. Other service-related messages may include appointment updates, Administrator invitations, and password-related notifications.
Hosting and email providers
The website uses Render for hosting, Turso for its database, and Google Gmail for outgoing email. These providers process the information needed to operate those services, which may involve processing outside your country.
The business Gmail connection requests permission to send email on behalf of the connected business account. The website does not request permission to read the account’s inbox. Messages sent through Gmail contain the recipient’s email address and the details needed for that notification. The website records delivery attempts and their results. Gmail authorization credentials are kept in private server settings.
Yellah Cyber & Technology ’s use of information received from Google APIs will follow the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google API data will not be used for advertising or sold.
Retention and requests
Records are retained as needed to provide services, manage training and payments, maintain security and audit history, and meet applicable obligations. Some records may be archived rather than deleted to preserve academic or administrative history.
Contact jallowtech717@gmail.com to ask about your information or request access, correction, or deletion. Identity verification may be needed before a request can be handled. Records that must be retained for legitimate security, academic, payment, or legal purposes may not be deleted immediately.
The business account holder can revoke the Gmail connection in their Google Account settings. Revocation stops the website from sending through that connection.
